Online Bookings
We hope you enjoy the convenience of our easy-to-use online booking system! Once you have selected your service and date for your appointment you will be asked for a ‘booking fee’ to secure your appointment. This will come off your total treatment price on the day.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your appointment.
Phone Bookings
If you would like to book an appointment by phone please call the salon on (03) 8764 5485. To secure your appointment we will ask you to please supply us with a booking fee this can be made via card or Afterpay over the phone.
Booking fees
All booking fees are ‘non-refundable’. They can be transferred to a friend or family member in the instance where you cannot attend your appointment. Your booking deposit will remain on your account to go towards your next booking, it is not redeemable on product purchases. Thank you for understanding.
Late Arrival
Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Packages
Pre-paid packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The cancellation policy listed below applies to these appointments. In the event of a ‘no-show’ to your appointment on the day without prior notice of nonattendance, you will forfeit this treatment and it will be deducted from your package.
Packages are non-transferable and no refunds or change of mind is permitted.
Booking and Rescheduling Policy
Bookings
When booking an appointment with our clinic, you are initially notified of our 72hr booking policy, and you agree to this policy upon making your booking. It is also sent as a reminder to your email.
We purposely send out multiple reminders the week before your clinic treatment to avoid last-minute changes, reschedules and no-shows as this greatly affects our team’s hours and business as a whole. We ask that you please be mindful and let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule so that we are able to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and organise our days.
If you can’t attend your appointment within 72 hours of treatment, you may forfeit your $50 booking fee.
This fee can be waived in cases of emergency.
Rescheduling
To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fair access for all clients, we offer one complimentary reschedule per appointment.
If further changes are needed, a rebooking fee will apply. This helps us protect staff time and maintain the level of care and availability our clients deserve.
