The Ordering Process

Once you have completed the form, if you are paying by credit card we will send an invoice for payment (these can sometimes go to your junk mail).

 

Please Note: When you fill in this form your products are allocated to you. If payment isn’t made within 48 hours your invoice will be void and the products will become available for someone else. You will need to redo your order.

 

*Afterpay is available for in-clinic collection only.

If you are ordering on a weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.

We use Sendle to post your products to you. If you live in Rural Victorian Suburbs or Interstate, we can also post to these locations, price on application.

Sendle is really good with their delivery schedules, you will get your order within 2-6 days.

Otherwise, you can select in-clinic collection and we will have them ready for you at clinic reception!
