Our Business Has a 48 Hour Booking Policy
When booking an appointment with our clinic you are initially notified of our 48 hr booking policy and you are agreeing to this policy upon making your booking. It is also sent as a reminder to your email.
We purposely send out multiple reminders the week before your clinic treatment to avoid last minute changes,reschedules and no-shows as this greatly affect our team’s hours and business as a whole. We ask that you please be mindful and let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule so that we are able to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and organise our days.
If you can’t attend your appointment within 48 hours of treatment, you may forfeit your $50 booking deposit.
This fee can be waived in cases of emergency.
Unfortunately, we have had to create these boundaries and be firm and fair across the board with our booking policy to protect our business and our staff.
